The new app is completely buggy. Initially I was very happy with the UI, better search functionality etc. But basic and core functions don't work. E.g. my addresses are not saved, login is not working, reward points is not seen, order history page is blank. I've already started exploring other places to buy indian groceries from after getting hassled by this app

the new app is difficult to use and much slower compared to the old app. For eg after adding an item to the cart, earlier it used to show the qty in the cart against the item. So I can make out that I have added it. But now nothing and I need to remember or check the cart to see if I added it or not. Edit: Now the app shows the qty added to the cart.

New app lacks a lot of features. 1.Date and time slot is not clearly shown. Customer might miss if its being auto selected. And after completion of the order, there is no way to check what's the time slot allotted. 2.Prices are not seen on search page. Only when click on the product, can see the price. 3.Add to bag button adds product twice when quantity "1" is added. 4.Search results are haywire. Searching for tomatoes gives me all sort of irrelevant products till I scroll a lot to find real t
