If you are reading reviews considering buying a frame and using this app to send photos to it, spend more time reading frame reviews. This app did have issues pre 2024 (and definitely pre 2023) but we have had no issues with the app in at least a year. Giving credit where it's due, the developers seemed to put a lot of work in to fix the everything. digital frames however are hit or miss. My recommendation there is to read reviews for that has a warranty and get a new one if you have issues.

This app worked fine for a bit, but lately, I can not add pictures at all!!! Not from Google Photos, my gallery, nothing! This is not the first time this app has stopped working. Do not purchase frames that need this app!!!! I purchased one for my husband and another for my mother-in-law. They both loved the frames, but now I can't add pics. They are stuck with no updated pics. I was just getting ready to order two more for gifts. Glad this happened before I did!

It worked for a few months. It randomly decided to stop letting me add pictures. It kept telling me to add a frame and when I would try to add the frame it would say the frame was already added. We tried everything to get it working again but no luck. I reached out to the company and was basically told to turn it off and back on again. Now the frame is back to factory mode and will not do anything at all.
