Edit: I finally found the "playback" feature. However, now the camera will not load. The only way to view anything is to take the SD card out. I can't even monitor current events any more. The camera is supposed to record, however all that is available is still images. The app also has an error pop up and closes the first time I open it. I can reopen seconds later and it will stay up.

The camera works good most of the time but sometimes it freezes and won't allow me to log in. After several attempts It sends an error code that says that the system has timed out which I find frustrating. However, the company has a very good customer support that respond to your questions and provide you with the assistance that you need.

Can't view recordings from events. I just see the thumbnail for each, but when I click on Play, no matter what video I want to see, it just shows one repetitive recording from a specific hour. Tried to close the app, waited some more, still not working. I have the cloud subscription active, not the SD card. It doesn't seem to recognize human detection, only motion detection. I'm pretty disappointed 🥲
