No way to track the whereabouts of the delivery truck or even if it's out for delivery. Resellers just have to wait and guess when the delivery is gonna be and what time of the day we'll receive our orders. Also for every click on the app there's multiple ads. Those using the apps are already resellers so naturally we are going to buy products! No need to pester us with ads! Very poor experience using this app! Might just resell other brands!! Would rate this 0 star/s if there's an option!

After update, the products did not show so there is no way to order items

Their agents have placed unauthorized orders and I detest it. 1st time it was for Selecta items, I received an SMS saying that my order was placed and then it was invoiced. But I didn't even logged in. When I tried to open the app again, my password was changed! I emailed CS of selecta. Then today it happened again, for Unilever products. I received an SMS again, same with what happened before. It's offending, I will not pay for those "ordered" items because I'm not the one who did it.
