Bought a automatic fish feeder to feed my fish when planning a trip. I am now away from home and this app freezes on me. It means my fish is going to starve for a few weeks. A lesson learned: research its software before buying a smart gadget. ---- update 4/12/2024 ---- Was able to use the app when switching to a different prepaid sim. Can't use it now with a different sim card. It seems the app works with some network whole not with others.

Cannot create an account, always complains about the password ("6-20 digits") but nothing I try allows me to create the account. Useless.

Needs too much data. This app is required for an air measuring device 'potpi', but needs your phone number and location and states it will collect a lot more data. I just want to use the air quality meter. I am not using this app and sending the meter back.
