Criminal Procedure Code (Criminal Procedure Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Code No. 101/2015/QH13) - regulates the order and procedures for receiving and handling criminal information , prosecution, investigation, prosecution, trial and some criminal judgment enforcement procedures; duties, powers and relationships between agencies competent to conduct proceedings; duties, powers and responsibilities of the person competent to conduct proceedings; rights and obligations of participants in proceedings, agencies, organizations and individuals; international cooperation in criminal proceedings.
