Voatz

Half way through my state republican party elections and the app comes up and says "We found a problem with your account" and boots me out and says I will need create a new account. I open the app again and it says "Sign Up" I go through signing up with my credentials and It says "Voatz has detected an unexpected error with your device". Called support and they said they would have to check with their "team" and call me back. Support also said the app does not like public WIFI OR VPNS. This is exactly what I want right in the middle of an election. Come to find out the app scanned all my apps and determined one security app I use was bad so tech support believed that is why I was kicked out. I uninstalled while tech support was on the phone and they reset my account. I was then able to finish voting. Because tech support got back to me relatively quickely and got it fixed I'm raising my 1 star to 3 stars. IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED: I believe this app times out way to fast or logs you off if the screen turns off, I get a call, a text message comes in, or any full screen alert. This is very frustrating and I believe should have a log out feature that is not immediate. I was logged out 7 times because of this while attempting to vote.

This app is so secured, it's cumbersome and difficult to use. I am asking my organization to accommodate me differently. I was logged out 7 times while seeking information such as "enter the code just emailed to you". At one point, there were 2 verifications that had to be entered consecutively and I was logged out between them and the 1st had to be re-entered, but could not use copy/paste due to being logged out between consecutive screens.

This is one of the worst apps ever made. If your organization is deciding to use it, shame on you. It constantly crashes, and logs you out. If you get logged out, you have to verify via text and email. But don't expect to change to your email app to get the code, because then you'll have to start the whole process over again. Its 2.4 rating is far too generous.
