Like everyone else, worked great without any problems. As soon as you try and add a new camera it crashes and you cannot keep the app open after that. Every time you open it immediately crashes. Have to uninstall and reinstall to view current cameras. Soon as you try and add again, same thing. Must reinstall. Apparently this has been going on for months according to other reviews and still not fix. Been abandoned. ***UPDATE*** Older versions of Android work. Not updated to new phones

All I can say is that for the first year the camera worked perfect, I was happy with it now for some reason I'm having offline issues I have uninstalled and reinstalled it app as well as my internet and it's just not working. The night vision was a little sketchy, but overall it was a very nice camera system and then all of a sudden. Not... they did a system upgrade, new features, but app won't work when I'm away from home

Worked great on Android, but...it now crashes every time I try to add a device. On top of that l, I just got a fiber network that combines both 2.5 and 5 GHz wifi signals, but the app and devices cannot differentiate them now, so I can't connect my smart plug. Wish this could be solved, as I really like Vivitar products.
