Really really really hard to verify your account via the required video call. I have been trying for days! I am waiting until the system kicks me out asking me for a new pin. When I put the new one, I lose my turn again and I have to wait again! It's impossible to make it to the actual video call! Although, after many tries, this worked on my mobile's browser but with my laptop's browser it was impossible to get done.

Sadly, the worst banking app I've ever used and I've used quite a few. It's almost hard to believe. Verifications prior of making a simple payment are just unbelievably hard. FYI I have one of the latest android devices and the latest version of this app, so no excuses. Very expensive fees for transactions too, while being a pain to just buy something on line! Please do not respond with an "we're sorry..." I really don't need this. I really need a app that doesn't ruin my day. Thanks.

Do not use. If anything goes wrong, the customer experience is dreadful. I changed phone and it took them a month and multiple complaints to fix an issue where I couldn't authorise payments to my own account due to their MFA issues. Then they asked me to verify my account. Each time I submitted a document they rejected it or asked for more, without explanation or clear instructions. After the 6th time I gave up and closed my account. Have moved to another provider. Do not use.
