Multiple issues with this app, have tried to reinstall it several times but still fails. Log in screen takes several attempts to get to sign screen (user name etc) then after entering user name and password I get an error message saying "an error has occurred, please try again". AVG antivius caused some of the issues above, happy to eat humble pie and re rate the app. Yet to check out the service with recycling as yet.

Useless. One side wouldn't let me deposit plastic because it was full, and the other because there was a paper jam. What is the point of the app again if not to reduce paper wastage? Are we not recycling here??.. assistance when called was also useless. "Yes we can see it's full" so empty it?

Won't transfer to my bank account, with no explanation why. Local drop-off is broken. Hardly any types of cans eligible. Supermarkets increased prices (more than 10c) of basically every canned good when this was rolled out, most of which aren't even eligible. What is the point? What a waste of money.
