I use this app for broadband only as i will not pay fron rubbish freeview nomatter how anyone send it out over the air. App seems fine at times, but whether it corrisponds with Virgin I don't thinks so. This month i found extra charges along with monthly bill which was paid, still I am receiving messages to pay bill again. Disgusting service from Virgin Media, when they dont give two brass monkeys about there customers even though somewhere in our payments it covers there wages.

Second time got a issues with broadband and on the phone virgin confirmed it's a problems with them system and promising discounts but you never gonna get any discount, when you call them speak about it they just saying they can't see anything on the system like that thing was happened etc... shame!!!! I don't care who are you I just sharing my experience with other people 👍

I wear hearing aids, i dont have any special gadgets 2 help me so i really struggle with phone calls. I tried to use your online chatroom but its taking forever!! I am in debt & need 2 cut down my services. I cannot afford £70+ per month. PLEASE HELP!!! Update: the link doesnt work, now u've sent £58 debt 2 collecters. I cant pay that for another 2 weeks!! I dont want tv channels as i dont watch tv!! I am being overcharged & im stressed out!!! 😫😤
