It's 2024 - why are connectivity issues still a thing? This has been an incredibly disappointing out of box experience. VictronConnect will not connect via BT or wifi on a Pixel 6 pro. Some connectivity with old Pixel 4XL. Cerbo GX only works on certain wifi channels. Garbage hardware and app - why did I pay a premium for this over cheap Chinese stuff?

Hello, Can you please add some more information on what happens when you try to connect with the Pixel 6 Pro? Then we can look into the issue.

I bought the BMV-712. After install, I connected it to my Samsung S22 Ultra. From my phone I dialed-in all the necessary settings to get started. All worked as it should. From there I was able to monitor my batteries and determine my use and state of charge. What a game-changer to have the detailed specs of what my system is doing, and to have them conveniently on my phone. Only oddity, every time you go away from this app and return it has to resynch itself. But that only takes a few seconds.

Doesn't work with Multiplus 12/800/35-16. Detects the unit (via USB MK3 dongle and VE.bus) but says "Unsupported firmware version. The Multi/Quattro is running a firmware version that is not fully supported by VictronConnect. Update VictronConnect to the latest available version to enable settings." Same on both Android and PC. Both are the latest versions. After much trial and error, was finally able to connect using VE.Configure software on PC. VictronConnect still doesn't work.

There are not known issues for this. What firmware version is your MultiPlus running?
