The worst credit card I've ever had. They lower your credit limit without warning even when you pay them in full every month. They take the longest to process a payment out of any card I've ever had. So far having the verizon visa card has been more trouble than it's been worth. Will most likely be canceling the card and completely leaving verizon because of it. T-mobile and plenty of other phone companies will buy you out of your contract just to have your buisness. Service is average anyway.

It was confusing at first when I placed my phone bill on my Verizon card. I ended up paying my phone bill two times and I still don't know if I was reimbursed for the extra payment. I think they applied it to my next bill, but I left my billing in my Verizon account instead of an automatic payment to Verizon Plus credit card and have been paying it there, so believe I still paid double one month.

App makes it easier to access everything, it is easier than logging into synchrony directly. Only downfall at it has nothing to do with the app is synchrony take days to process payments and have the balance reflected, same with charges. I pay my cell bill the 12th, post a payment the 13th. On the 19th it still hasn't been applied. It reports to the credit bureau the 20th. So yeah, I'd recommend a capital one, discover or anything that applies charges and payments faster.
