Changing review to 5 stars after Candymar worked with me last 3 days to remove the issues using special characters in the password field. I am now able to login to the app. Thanks for the support.

The app crashes as soon as I try to open it on my Android. I sent a detailed email to the developer several weeks ago and no response. I am not the only user in our community with this same problem but the developer has not said anything. Their website touts their dedication to customer service. First step to customer service is to reply to emails in a timely manner, even if it is to say "we don't have a solution but are working on it."

I am looking for information regarding our governance i.e meeting minutes, names and email addresses of our Board of Directors, names and email addresses of each of our governing committees...Restoration Oversight Committee, Finance/Budget Committee...etc. Where can I find this information on the KWIC App?

Dear Elaine, under Association Documents you would find everything that the association has loaded onto the system. It would be visible by permissions based on your subdivision. You can display all available document categories by clicking on the pulldown menu at the top. You can write to us at support@vertilinc.com if you need any assistance.
