The app is simply brilliant;user friendly. Kudos to the team who are tirelessly monitoring and modifying the software considering the specific requirements of a court room. Unlike many other vedio conferencing apps this is a tailor-made one for the functioning of the courts and hence the features are unprecedented and wonderfully done. The best thing about it is the prompt service support 24x7. Hope the team would also come up with a uniform wallpaper compatible with the court room decorum.

The app doesn't have toggles for muting audio and video by the user creating lots of confusion among the participants and causes noise(background noise suppression is very bad). Also the chat box is not showing up. Overall the product needs lots of improvement before it can used by courts of law. It is a half baked product launched before proper testing.

Suddenly if the headphone disconnects and connects back... Then the entire mic and video stops working. Very poorly thoughtout software. Need to improve the optimisation. Most lawyers who use this are not very tech proficient, so must make this optimised for the target customers.
