Unusable for more than a month now. Purchased the gateway in a hope that the system can be controlled remotely but it does not work. On the main page it always displays a message that "No data available yet. It might take a few minutes to collect all data from your appliance." But it never comes. Cannot check water temperatures, cannot set room temperature or timing. Completely not fit for purpose. It was not perfect before but for a few weeks it is complete rubbish.

This App is completely useless. You can now turn the heating off but unable to turn it back on. Trying to manage zones/rooms independently is a nightmare while not showing whether a temp adjustment has been accepted. Also it does not migrate over your settings so you have to start again. Seriously do not install and remain on the previous App, which was in itself awful, but dies not compare to the awfulness of this one!!!

Everything about this app is terrible - it's impossible to have multiple accounts for one house (yes, some people don't live alone, would you believe it), the interface is not intuitive at all, and IT DOESN'T WORK! Whatever changes I make, the system ignores. We're back to physical control on the heating device. Valliant forced this new app for some reason, terrible.
