As of about a week ago, I'm unable to view/connect to the camera on my phone. It appears to still be working, based on the motion sensing lights coming on when I take the dog out at night, but I can no longer connect. I've tried restarting the camera, ensured it still gets a wifi signal where it is located, made sure the app on my phone is up to date, but nothing has worked. I'd give it 1 star, but it did work well in the past, so I'll give it 2, I guess.

I loved my cameras and the app until about a week ago. I can't get the app to access my cameras at all!!! This is ridiculous and extremely frustrating! Fix it please! When paying for a cloud service etc. there should be 100% customer experience satisfaction! I'm really unsure as to why no one has even offered to communicate with us and do what is needed to get things running correctly again.

This app needs a fix. When you're trying to operate it remotely (like from a different continent when on vacation) it does not work well at all. When moving the camera left or up it often will move the camera all the way left or all the way up. Instead it should simply capture the amount of time you're holding to the left or up or any other direction and then when you let go it should send the timed movement to the camera.
