11/23/2018 The app still does not perform mobile deposit and it seems that after 4 years of not getting it right, it's just time to change credit unions and call it done. I have no use for an app that doesn't actually perform the tasks that it claims to. I have sent multiple feedback and that falls on deaf ears. I originally wrote the following review in March 2018. Nothing has changed. It's supposed to be a mobile banking app but the app crashes often especially with the mobile deposit. You can't really use that feature. Needs serious fixing.

When this app actually works, it works pretty well. Unfortunately, you need to open the app twice every time before you can use it. Once for the initial crash. A second time to use the app. What it does better than anything though is crash as soon as you open it. It's pretty consistent with the crashing. If fact, if anyone is looking for a developer that can create an app that will crash, and crash regularly, look no further. I've submitted countless crash reports but they still manage to maintain the crashing "feature". Since it's my only option, other than switching credit unions, I just keep chugging along. Edit: 8/30/18 Fingerprint reader no longer works. Edit: 10/19/18 can no longer use the deposit feature. App crashes when trying to take a picture of the check. Can I give a negative star rating?

Wow, they finally updated it (writing this today, 5-18-2023, when I noticed the app icon changed). It reached a point where it would just crash every time I'd just open the app. Couldn't even use my fingerprint to log back on bc it was crash immediately. I was seriously going to change banks due to the broken app and distant physical locations. It's much more sleek now, seems to work so far. 3 stars because it took way too long to roll this out, it's been broken for what feels like forever.
