This app has REALLY gone downhill. Back when it used to only control my lock it worked near perfectly. Since it's become the all in one home control app it barely works, sometimes. Locking via the app? Works less often than not. The logs? Laughably inaccurate. It's a shame because I like the lock but the app has become trash. If the mobile experience is an important part of your smart lock experience (and it should be, hence the "smart" part) this is not the app or product for you.

I have 4 of these locks in two different homes. 3 in one home, and 1 in another home thousands of miles away. After the app upgrade, I can no longer access ANY of these locks remotely. I can't lock, unlock, add users, change user codes, deactivate, delete, view logs... nothing. When the knob is physically turned, a wifi message is sent to my phone and the app receives the update. But when I try to modify the lock remotely with the app, everything fails. Timed out! Support, reach out to me ASAP.

Since the last update I can't access my lock with the app. The connecting wheel keeps spinning and states wifi disconnected but it's not. Even my fingerprint won't work. Glad I have a code that works. I don't know if it's the U home update or Android 14 update but the app will not connect to my lock. The connecting wheel keeps spinning and does not connect. It messages that the wifi is disconnected get closer to the lock for Bluetooth but that doesn't help. I don't know what else to tell you.
