This app has more shortcomings than benefits. I keep getting error messages with each new page that I open. I can't view my miles statement to make sure its accurate without an error popping up. The only thing I can see is my member number and that I have some miles on my account. This app needs to be fixed in order for it to be a productive tool for recurring customers.

When I tried to redeem my milage for a flight, it kept giving error msg saying "Failed get profile". I've been trying for a week and it kept the same msg, but funny enough the app worked fine if I booked the flight by payment. Keep in mind I had the most updated app to date. I feel cheated that I can't redeem my mileage, either the app or the business model is bad, or both.

Many missing miles... Especially when you have connecting flight. And the CS said we need to email, bla bla bla... Well if you have time for that, lucky you busy customer...
