The app is asking "City and Bank" details when i want to send money through money gram to a beneficiary to which i am sending money since 8 or 9 months. And these drop down menu do not work at all. When you save it displays an error and it doesn't proceed. Since i am here for a complain i will give it 2 stars. Otherwise the app is very good, have not faced any issues since 8 or 9 months of use. I will improve the stars when the issue is resolved. Thanks

The latest update has big issue in the application. While using navigation gestures for mobile. This application hides all its confirmation buttons under their home navigation buttons. To do a transaction, I had to first change my navigation style from gestures to basic buttons. Then I was able to transfer amount. Please do a thorough and deep testing before launching the latest version of the application. Thank you

It doesn't work when I try to send money to my home country and gives error "Something Wrong". Tried multiple accounts but not worked. This app is nothing but waste of time. Also tried to call 📞 to customer service but it hang up when I select, "Talk to an agent' option. After rigorous efforts, I added beneficiary and now my money is stuck for many days. I have been trying to call to customer service but no response at all.
