TLDR: Do not recommend. For the discounted price of 12eur/year it is a good service. BUT: The actual quality of it is unimaginably terrible. 2 times out of 3 the tires of the bikes are underinflated or completely deflated, making it hard, if not impossible to pedal and control the bike. What is more, A LOT of the times the bike stands don't work (even though shown as available on the map) causing me to be late, because I need to search for another station on the almost unusable bike.

Worst bike sharing service EVER! Bikes conditions are awful: broken gears, flat tires, blocked pedals. Damage reports doesn't produce any benefit. Furthermore the bikes are randomly choose among those available so you can't really pick the one that appears to be in good status.

The use of these bikes for one day use is not economical in my experience. First, you should pay 4.5 € just for one day subscription. So another day means another subscription. Then, you need to pay the price of using the bike separately, which grows exponentially by time which is not explained clearly in the app before you subscribe. I was wondering why people do not use these bikes regularly and now is clear to me.

Thank you for providing more details. It is indeed more economical to pick subscription with longer period. Pricing is set by bikeMi operator in Milan - you can contact them directly via app or website. There is also "Pricing details" section before starting a ride. We will definitely improve UX on signup, to make pricing even more clear. Thanks.
