App does not work. I've only ever been able to log in successfully once. Ever other time it states that are technical issues

App does not work Update I am a scotia customer and was directed by bank advisors to download this app. Which does not work. Thank you for your feedback.

There should be a no star option. App does not work. Yet you want charge $1.50 for transfer of funds from one bank to the next.
