Liber is a new digital health service, which anyone can activate every day, at any time, using a cell phone.

In minutes, an initial assessment of symptoms is carried out and a clinical team is assigned to each user. The service includes evaluating symptoms, defining personalized treatment plans, prescribing prescriptions or tests and monitoring the evolution of health status over time. Prevention programs are also available, for example to stop smoking or lose weight, as well as prescription renewal for chronically ill patients.
