The app will not allow me to make a reservation at my location stating that I do not have privileges there. Of course this is the location where I recently joined.

No issues since installing it 3-4 weeks ago until just now - it's not loading, taking forever to load the login screen then won't let me to enter my password.

For the issue you experienced yesterday should be a one-off and resolved. The app should auto login you again.
