It seems they are already use to going away with people's money at first I recharge my wallet and tried to purchase 9mobile data I was debited but I did not receive data again the following day I recharge my wallet again this time around I did not see the money but it appears on the app that the account was credit but till date no money it's over 2weeks now no money no data Please be careful with the way you all deal with them they are gradually loosing trust

I've used usufdataservice for over 2 years now from the website days, and mhen I love the app even more, cos its so convenient and easy to use. Customer Service is very good, they respond quickly except in few cases where they have too many people on queue.

Ave been using this app since last year and I must say they are doing well.. but please am making a request.. if the data subscription plan can also be increased to like 2 months plan, 3 months plan.. I will really appreciate it so that we can be able to subscribe unlimited.. at least before the end of two to three months.. one would have prepared to subscribe more.. I will appreciate if this can be put into consideration and fixed.. if possible the price can also reduce a little.. Thanks
