I enjoyed the ride the first time I used UBZ, from Lsk to Ndola, with free WiFi, Toilets in side, with very comfortable sits, you can sleep well, keeping of time & good driving, not very fast & not slow. Keep it up. Thanks

The bus is good but both times I have used it the wifi seems to be done and the app is not always reliable. It needs work

Very good initiative to have an app, but the OTP is giving me a server error once I input it. So I am unable to book
