I had a reservation for 9:30 pm and clicked check-in when I arrived. The app said they are preparing the car and will deliver in a few minutes, even showing a 5 minutes countdown. No one appeared, even after I tried resending the notification several times. Calling customer service put me on hold saying the next agent will respond in 1 minutes. Turns out all of this is a failure because the location where I was picking up closes at 9:30, and customer service also closed at 10. Fail!

Frustrating is a good way to put it. Even with trying to write this review it's not functioning correctly. Spinning wheel? Why? No clue. It's very difficult to know where you are supposed to click to select options or decline insurance etc. Going back was impossible to find. I added a different payment method but the app keeps choosing the first one for booking and I can't change it. I went to capture a coupon code that was flashed briefly at the top of the screen and it disappeared.

Quite inflexible and not customer-focused. When I tried to make a reservation, the app hung indefintely with an hourglass, and after I struggled to find a phone number, the rep couldn't finalize my reservation.. sent me oackin' back to square 1 on the app. (Zzz) While I too like driving an Audi, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this app or company as a client. They have alot of wood to chop, still, improving their customer support and app design, both. :(
