Really good app for tracking and saving workouts. loads of templates to pick from and easy to create your own, with a focus on 5/3/1. My only issue is that progression preferences on accessory exercises don't save and I have to manually adjust them each time. ETA new issue. the first workout of a week seems to start in a total weight deficit. just done a deload session and it says my total weight for the workout is -2350.

Excellent app. Not just useful for 5/3/1 but a solid app for tracking, logging and building your own workouts. Jimmy is very responsive and the app is always being updated or improved upon. Can't reccomend it enough!
