Welcome to Professionalism Development Foundation(PDF). The PDF is self-supporting and non-profit autonomous forum, aims at conducting research, counselling and consultancy, prolonging support and training to professionals, professional institutions, corporate (public sector & private sector). The foundation was established in the year 2004 by academicians as a registered charitable trust vide registration No., Bk No, IV/Vol.no. -140/Being No.-673/2004 with a purpose to help and develop aptitude and ability among young professionals who have dreams and ambitions, but due to lack of facilities and resources unable to reach their achievements. Our endeavor is therefore to amplify knowledge and nurture the capabilities of young professionals and students to enhance their performance and make them ready for global challenges.

Our mission is to promote professionalism among the professionals and students in order to develop transparency, accountability and integrity at all levels and across all sectors of the society.

VISION
Our vision is to develop professionalism for peace and prosperity.
To develop an organization which may provide education and train professionals and youths of our country who have been deprived of facilities and resources. We want to analyze their weaknesses in communication, domain knowledge and inculcate confidence in them by providing the right inputs and giving their career a flying start.
