It's very safe as the security feels high until we can't even screenshot. However it's very frustrating when we are unable to paste the account number or copy our own account number. It's making us using transfer function very inconvenient. We need to memorise the number and going back and forth to confirm when we don't have a paper to write down or what, which it is very time consuming and inconvenient. Overall very good.

Frustrating I migrated from Citibank credit card account. I have tried more than 10 times trying to open an One Account using this app but have been told to retake and retake the MyCard which was captured perfectly and failed to verify time and time again! Is the app actually working? Have given up applying. So frustrating!

This is the slowest banking App I have ever used. The waiting time becomes a security concern when the user has to leave the screen or switch to other App while waiting for the UOB banking App to finish loading for each click within the App. Minimum loading time for each click is about 5 seconds. I have just changed from a Huawei Mate 30 to a brand new 5G phone, same slow. It's not the phone, even the UOB website is at least 2 times slower compared to other banks in Malaysia.
