At first, it was pretty useful, then issues like taking forever to get logged in started to surface. The "logging in securely" message seems to be spinning and spinning. Clearing cache or reinstalling didn't help so it really is a technical shortcomings. As a result, I'm banking much more with UOB's competitors these days. What a way to lose customers.

Very lousy and buggy app. Whenever there is an error of whatever kind, the app locks itself and give the message that the app is temporarily unavailable, and demands that you tap a "Fix it" button to send trouble logs to them. Thing is, it does not specify what and how to send the logs. Have to uninstall then install to resolve the issue. What a bummer...😡

2 stars because there is no proper guide on what to do when encountering problems where app cannot process user request. Ended up changing my password and reinstalling app and then getting bombarded by delayed otp messages and requesting tokens when I can't even access the otp tokens. Now I don't even know of my account security is compromised because of multiple login attempts. Extremely unhappy about this oversight
