I think this app has the potential to be competitive with major brands like Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, etc. It's just the deposit is high for a month. Say 300-500 then OK, but 2k is a deal breaker for most in the LA area. Especially if people can just go to Avis for 240 a week and 300 deposit with a credit card, just sayin. If the deposit, and maybe even the price was a bit more competitive, I'd think it'd be the top app for awhile for long term renters for sure 😇👍

Great idea! The app is a complete disaster though. The design feels very rough, like a prototype, not a real product. Some elements do not work, some behave weirdly. The FAQ section is useless: the app simply crashes when I try to open any item. Attaching pictures in the support chat does not work. No notifications from the chat. After I created a booking, each time I launch the app, it says “unexpected error, contact support” (but then seems to be working fine).

Hi - Thanks for your review. We regret that you had issues with our app. The vast majority of our customers report a smooth App experience. We recently has some stability issues with a limited number of Android devices and have been working to correct these to minimise performance disruption.

App needs improvements. I couldn't add another driver nor a proof of address. I had to contact the support for them to manually update my account (was with the previous app version) In the new one, there is a check so you have to wait quite a while for the buttons to appear. This is annoying especially when you just want to get something from the car. Maybe using a caching mechanism could help? Otherwise the customer service is very responsive and helpful, and the car is awesome!
