UG Urban Gourmet is a brand-new dining concept in Finland. The first 250-seat UG restaurant opens in Helsinki at the end of February 2024. Diners view menus and prices from five different kitchens online, and can order and pay for their their meals as if there is one large menu. Each kitchen specialises in a particular cuisine. There is also a bar and a cafe. In the first UG, there is a Mexican, Nepalese, Finnish, Middle Eastern, and Nikkei restaurant. Future UG restaurants will include different combinations of tastes.
