CleanPay Mobile is an iPhone/Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use CleanPay Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.

I generally don't leave reviews because most of the time apps do what they're supposed to. THIS is a disaster. sccount security is weak. Privacy policy states you don't need to provide your phone number, but you can't register your acct w/out it. But that's NOTHING compared to the app itself. Crashes constantly, like any time you try to do anything. Tells you there's no money in acct while displaying a positive balance. Can't enter a machine number to use. Can't do ANYTHING. Good luck all!

Poor security: special characters are not allowed in passwords, which shouldn't matter if the password is being hashed. This indicates to me that passwords are probably being stored in plain text, which is a horrible security practice. Worse, this app doesn't support payments through a third party payment processor and may be storing your credit card information in their database without any encryption. If the password system is that poorly implemented who knows what's going on with the rest...

Still not a good app. They got rid of the video game music that continued to play after closing the app, and the qr codes work again. But machine status doesn't show correctly. It shows the 2 unplugged/out of order machines as available, and the machine I'm currently using, 10 minutes into the cycle, is still available somehow. There are graphs to show the room's peek usage that make no sense. I think one of the bar graphs should be a line graph. The other one, I am not sure what the data is.
