The Dunkin’ Rewards App allows you to earn points and redeem rewards, catch our daily exclusive deals, discover new products we add to our menu, share your feedback, and in case you need to visit us or get in touch, it helps you find the closest Dunkin’ branch to you.

• Get 500 points as soon as you register to our loyalty program.
• Earn 10 points for every 1 AED you spend in our stores on any item at any Dunkin’ UAE branch. Those points can then be redeemed for a variety of free menu items anytime you want.
• Unlock rewards starting at 600 points, and check your points balance online anytime through the app.
• Receive a Birthday Reward as our special gift to you! Just keep in mind that to qualify for the Birthday Reward, you must join the program at least a month prior to your birthday.

I love going to Dunkin & using the app but lately I've been having major issues with the app. For some strange reason the app won't open on my phone at all, it just says "Dunkin keeps stopping". When I try to sign in on my tablet, it won't accept my password then when I select "forgot password" it says that my email address doesn't exist. I've been earning & saving my points for quite some time but because I haven't been able to sign in I've missed out on earning quite a bit of points.

I am pissed. Had my app for a long time. I go daily. Had surgery and was home for 2 weeks. Just tried to go on & it told me to update but it wouldn't let me. So I uninstalled and tried reinstalling. Its saying my email does not exist. I had thousands of points saved, now gone. Wont even let me restart a knew account...

App won't let me enter my phone number so I can't sign up. App won't locate the store I'm at. App won't let me order online. Worst app I've ever seen or tried to use.
