The My311™ app for Android is a gateway to your town’s non-emergency requests management system. My311 allows you to report and track issues that you notice, or make requests of the municipality. The app may also provide convenient access to your town’s Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram feed for up to the minute reports.
My311 is only available to communities that use Tyler 311, and have chosen to allow this app. If your community is not listed, ask your town if they use Tyler 311, and if so, to have their community listed as a participant within the app.

The app throws an error after the intro screens which says: "failed to retrieve jurisdictions: failed to fetch jurisdiction list" and then crashes. Who is in charge of Testing and Quality Control? Complete failure.

Wow! That was pointless. It couldn't even make it through the set-up without freezing. Don't bother wasting your time with this one. Geez.

I've tried install and uninstall many times, never works. Constantly get error message.
