Yes the app prompts u to restart it for the newest version EVERY SINGLE TIME U OPEN IT, but I can live with that, even though I'm using the most up to date version. But now, it doesn't allow u to "send" on messages. ***Send issue has been fixed, but still asks to update app every single time I open it EVEN THOUGH I'm using the most recent version.

This could be a really good app. I do like the ease of getting a cleaner for my vacation rentals. I don't like that it asks if I want update the app every time I log in. The other issue is when my cleaner marks the inventory as high, I get a notification that it was reported as low. Once the bugs are worked out, it will be a good app.

Our inventory settings allow you to set the “Problem Report Threshold” and define when you’d like to be notified. This app is really bad. 80% of the time when you click something in the app it says you need to leave the app. It then opens the website outside of the app which is super annoying. They might as well just get rid of the app, it's useless. It consistently just shuts down on me and it's glitchy as well. It's as if no one tests the app before it's released!

Hi Brandon, our mobile app provides flexibility for monitoring day-to-day operations. Some platform settings do require setup or editing on the web and are much easier to complete via desktop due to the limitations of a mobile screen.
