The app is shocking. Not just the app but the Windows application. can't update firmware in the app, so you have to use the Windows version which doesn't even install without doing some workaround bs. Then when you get the app to work, the headset doesn't remember your settings and changes it's audio to whatever the hell it feels like any time you turn it on. Terrible software.

App won't start up once already connected to the base station. Before connecting you must connect to your phone via Bluetooth open the app then turn on your console/ pc. Also when changing batteries you have to do that again as well as turning on anc and super human hearing everytime you turn the headset on. Apart from that everything is great

BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THIS APP! Install the latest firmware (PC/OSX required). Then connect your Bluetooth to your device and load the app. If you accidentally connect it to the device and then try to access the app, it won't work. You will need to reset the app or uninstall and redownload it. It works well once the firmware has been updated. Hope this helps!
