App steals bus tokens if transferring to another phone. I'm in remission and on a budget. Called the apps tech support. Even though the lady was very nice and seemed to care, my situation with app remained. No refund. No replacement. No cracks, no breaks, no mistakes. App needs updating to accommodate how people use it. App like an out of date first run computer that gets hot when it's plugged in to long time. Even though I care about the trees, I'm going back to paper bus passes. App sucks.

It's a good way to buy bus tickets if you don't have change, but some of the fare boxes won't correctly scans your ticket. A few bus drivers almost put me off the bus because my ticket didnt correctly scan. Took over 3 attempts to get it to work. I contacted Mata, however, like every typical customer service I come across, they claim there's nothing wrong on their end. If you plan on using this app, keep in mind theres a small chance this might happen to you.

So far I've only used it a few times. No problems purchasing or adding payment methods. However, the scanners on the buses don't work very well. Fortunately, the drivers have been really good about accepting the visual verification function where you just show them your ticket in your smart phone
