This app makes laundry even more stressful than it already is. Clunky and difficult to use. An absolutely terrible app. Typing in the machine number does not work, utilizing the QR code takes forever. Especially on the dryer. You can only put one quarter at a time with each scan. Hello! Why not allow us to maximize however many quarters we want to use on that cycle? Duh. I try to use quarters rather than this app any chance I get. You can tell this app was designed by amateurs.

At first it wouldn't let me add a payment option, then the dryer began eating credits off the app! How is that even possible? Where does the money go? I request a refund via the app after losing $1.25 to the dryer and my request went completely ignored. When I complained they wanted to send me a check in the mail. You also can't add multiple coins in at once, so when you dry something you have to wait several seconds for the app to recognize the first coin, then several seconds for the next.

Works perfectly, a little slow albeit, almost every time however there are times when signals are lost and machines don't connect. The notifications that your loads are done don't always happen and when they do, they add like 5 minutes onto the time as if we can't do that ourselves. Initially there was another app with the same name that was intentionally misleading and I accidentally added funds before realizing it wasn't right. It took WEEKS of back and forth to get my $20 back.
