In the heart of the Alps, since 1885 the Salvetti family has been producing mountain products every day, rediscovering the values ​​of the territory. Passion and the search for authentic flavor lead our bakers to find the right balance between innovation and tradition. In our laboratories we choose to mix with mother yeast and we develop projects for the reintroduction of ancient cereals, such as rye.
