This app is like that friend you lent some money to, but doesn’t answer your calls anymore. It had a good premise initially, but it’s now a scam. I initiated a withdrawal and the turnaround was 2 days. Later, I see “NBFC partner is unable to process this transaction”. The money is reinvested into a lower interest rate (11% to 9%) w/o consent. No interest gained from days lost during processing. Further, you can’t initiate a withdrawal again, because you just “reinvested” the amount back.

Hi Anzal, the withdrawals would have failed due to some interim issue. We'd request you to try after 48 hours and let us know by writing to us at support@twelve.club if the issue persists. Also in our new investment plans, we are offering returns up to 12%.

I have deposited an amount without any lock in at the lowest revised interest rates (9.5%). I have been trying to withdraw the interest amount and then also tried withdrawal of the principal amount. 4 5 times now the reply is that the withdrawal could not be processed due to error at their banking partner's end. I have even raised concern with the support team over mail. It's been 3 days and no action. It is definitely what it used to be. Lack of transparency and too many issues with the app.

They should be a little more transparent with the interest rate they are offering, they have made it very difficult to see the actual rate at which you are receiving the interest (NOT 12%, it is 11%), they have reduced the rate since april'23, without prior notification. Also, you can't always invest in it, there are periods when they do not allow any investments. Other than that, the app works good, no issues in the User Interface or in adding/withdrawal of money.
