Treadmill Workout Features


Guided programs: Choose a plan based on your level and goal. If you run indoors on a treadmill, you can use all of the routines, from beginner weight loss plans to HIIT advanced workouts. There is no other running app like this!

Track your activity: Make sure you keep on growing with the treadmill workout progress tracking. Record your calories, heart rate and distance so you can watch your growth and running ability to improve over time.

Audio coach: Guided cues and support to play your own music in the background.

Log your workouts: With the ability to repeat your favorites. We'll record your progress so you can gradually improve from walking to a 10k runner. Your treadmill won't know what hit it!

Decent app but can't run in the background. I liked the workout plans and the simple interface but the app has to be in the foreground for the timer to not pause. I usually watch a movie while on the treadmill so having the app pause instead of just continuing in the background makes it a no go for me. Checked settings both in app and files and couldn't see an option to fix this. Uninstalled after one use.

Hi Joel. Thanks for your feedback. Background mode is something we don't currently support but I understand why it would be useful. It is something we'll look into addressing in the future.

I really enjoy this app but I do believe that some updates would really make this app shine. For example when you're in the middle of a workout and you decide to minimize the window to change songs the timer immediately stops until you go back to the window, I believe the timer should keep running regardless unless the user stops it themselves. Another thing I believe you should have more goal-oriented programs like a sub 24-22min 5k etc. Instead of a vague 'speed-builder' program like now.

No longer free for beginners. I had to switch phones so I lost the app for a few months and I just downloaded it again and I have to pay for the premium subscription of $40 a year, not happening. I did not care for the timer that came on my old phone so I used this one and enjoyed it, but I don't need to pay for something to tell me to run for a minute and walk for two. I have no desire to train myself to run a 5k just looking for a little more in between my walks.

I'm sorry to hear you're unsatisfied with the app. I do offer a 7 day free trial for all access along with 100% free Warm Up, Cool Down and Core workouts. However, I am a solo developer who rely's on income from the app so I do require a subscription for the rest of the app. Please let me know if I can in any other way at apps@vigour.fitness
