As a young person who can't drive and relies on public transport to get to work, to say this app is a dissapointment is an understatement. Extremely unreliable. It displays buses to arrive at a certain time but they appear quite early or late or not at all. Dublin bus is extremely frustrating as a public service. Why say a bus is 'scheduled' when theres no guarantee it will appear. Paying more and more for taxis every day to avoid getting in trouble in work. Absolute disgrace

Feature request for Dublin bus use: - Real time bus tracking. Click on a bus, see it on the map, watch it move on the map in real-time. No more disappearing buses! This would be most useful thing any of these apps could add! (Fingers crossed). The app seems to have most accurate times for Dublin buses but UX could be simplified in places to make life a bit easier.

Potential of this App is huge. Gets an extra star because it combines so much useful information. But lacks any nuance normally seen in this kind of App. Who is responsible for this mess? The terrible UI is frustrating to use and almost totally counter intuitive. Pinch zoom on the map doesn't work for instance. Best of luck navigating it😵‍💫 Official website "transportforireland.ie" is easier to use, or just use Google Maps!
