About this app

Increase clubhead speed when you train with golf specific workouts. A variety of workouts are included and you can get started without any equipment at all. In full transparency, we do recommend dumbbells or a kettlebells at a minimum. A full gym is also great, but not required. Additionally, each month we release a new workout into the app... and you get full instant access to all of the coaches. Most importantly, here’s a few things we’ve learned after training golfers to hit the ball longer, feel better, and play better for the last 12 years. The ONE THING that will help you increase distance or lower your score …by FAR … is being consistent and following a proven plan designed to add distance 🔥🔥 It’s not a gym, it’s not the driver you use, it’s (to a degree) not even the ball you use. Obviously, all those things are important - but nothing beats following a proven plan and being CONSISTENT following that plan. So here are some tips on becoming more consistent: 1. Adopt a no gym - no problem mentality. (Most training programs that fail are based on using equipment most people don’t have easy access to. Or they use “show off” exercises that aren’t realistic for the average golfer. The best way to be consistent is to save time, save money, and ELIMINATE ALL POTENTIAL ROADBLOCKS.) 2. Focus on the result you want and not flashy “insane” workouts. For example - laying on the floor in a pile of sweat after a workout doesn’t always equal better golf. There’s no use beating yourself up and playing golf sore and tired. The ONE THING helps you HIT THE BALL LONGER because it’s simple. Other programs out there have you jumping around and other stuff that doesn’t make sense to me for more distance. You just want to drive the dang ball better so you can score better. 3. Make it really hard to say “no” to yourself. The “devil on your shoulder” eventually talks most people into quitting shortly after they start anything new. A few reasons this happens is because they lack enough time to get to the gym, don’t have access to the right equipment, or they lack the physical ability to perform the program. The easiest ways to solve these is to follow a simple plan that doesn’t take much time, money, or equipment. And find a program that doesn’t require you to be an acrobat to complete… When you eliminate all of the ROADBLOCKS in your way, you will increase your distance.
