Confusing UI choices, weird waitlist system where you have to catch a notification in order to enroll but yet unable to cancel class enrollment through app. If you dont want people cancelling last minute just put a kibosh on the cancel button 30 mins before class starts. Annoying to have to ca the front desk every time. Massage booking has never worked on my device and I have to talk to someone to schedule. Calling the club to cancel or schedule is fine but seems silly when there's an app
