App works well and is easy to navigate. Tracking workouts and food is simple. There is an option to leave notes for each workout and to also add in actual exercises. To include, body stats, measurements, and pictures can be added each month. I do wish more activities would be added like rollerskating, ice skating, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, yard work; just to name a few. Think of those of us that truly enjoy the outdoors: archery, mountain biking, kayaking ... ; )
