Downloaded in Feb as I was on other program. You can't pause. You can only access past workouts in browser. Why have the app then? Now I want to start but there are months of workouts I'll always be behind on. Also they say so much content is in Facebk grp & how essential FB is- who under 30 is on Facebook? I'm not & I'm paying 25 a month for an app to say the most important stuff is there,not here. The trainer I msgd said the app itself sucks & I haven't heard from them again. Exasperating.
