It's a nice app to keep in touch with your coach and great at keeping track of your workouts. If you're looking to take it to the next level, check these guys out. The bodybuilding coach they put me with walks the walk, he competes, just like his athletes, so he knows what's up. It's been a positive experience for me and I'm glad I took made this choice.
